The CSA Market Garden Share begins in, early to late June, and runs through the weekend just prior to Thanksgiving, November 21st.
Shares will be available for pickup at the farm every Saturday afternoon of the season, or at one of our farmer’s markets in either S. Salem, NY or Larchmont, NY.
We are certified organic by Demeter Organization. All fruits and vegetables are grown organically. All plants and seeds are non-GMO organic. The soil is enriched with vegetable and animal compost as well as mineral rock assuring a highly nutritious food.

The CSA Pork Market Share begins around May 30th, and continues for six months into early December. Shares will be available for pickup at the farm every Saturday afternoon of the season, or at one of our farmer’s markets in either Cross River, NY, Larchmont, NY, or Cooperstown, NY.
What a full share entails:
Each share will feed 3-4 people. We have selected various cuts of meat to provide a diverse selection ranging from chops to roasts to cured hams.
Each week you will receive a selection of meat according to the table below. The eight week cycle repeats itself three times for a total of 6 months. All meats will be freshly frozen in vacuum sealed bags, to ensure absolute top quality.
1st week -- Sausage. (Choose from our list of types) . Around 2.5 pounds.
2nd week -- 3 Pork Chops-double cut, around 3.75 pounds.
3rd week -- 2-3 Shoulder steaks – around 5 pounds.
4th week -- ½ Fresh ham –around 5 pounds.
5th week -- Stew/ground pork – around 4.25 pounds
6th week -- Bone-in Loin Roast – around 5 pounds
7th week -- Shoulder Roast – around 5. pounds
8th week -- ½ Brined ham – around 5. pounds
Again, the 8 week cycle will be repeated through the following weeks, representing a total of 24 weeks of the pork market share.
The full pork market share over the 24 week period will provide you with 106.5 lbs of meat. Any shares that miss delivery will be made up either the following week or, if you prefer, on the last share
delivery date.
A half share is offered for those with smaller portion needs (1-2 servings). You will receive the same scheduled weekly portion except in half the amount, about 53 pounds.

We also offer a chicken share. Delivering a chicken, or two, once a week. The chicken share starts as soon as they come available, around the beginning to mid of June, and carries on for 24 weeks. The chicken will be fresh when we process—about 4-6 times a year, otherwise they will be freshly frozen in vacuum sealed bags.
We will supply one chicken a week for the market season, totaling 24 chickens. Chicken weight will fluctuate according to time of year but will average out to at least 3.6 pounds per chicken.
